Rent OZZY's Malibu Beach House For $25K A Month

According to The Real Estalker, one of two Malibu, California beach houses owned by Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon is available for lease for $25,000 per month. The house was originally listed in March 2006 for $14,000,000 but the asking price was eventually chopped down to $10,995,000. After the three-story house remained unsold as of October 2008, the property was put up for long-term lease.

After selling the Doheny Road house they made famous on their now-defunct reality TV program "The Osbournes" to pop singer Christina Aguilera in summer of 2007, Ozzy and Sharon reportedly plunked down around $10,000,000 in the guard-gated community of Hidden Hills, California for a 10,930 square-foot house with a total of six bedrooms and ten bathrooms.
